Bikini: Ideal for a first time waxer, the basic bikini line touch up is a tidy up around the edges. A good option if you want to keep things on the natural side, but prefer a little more definition. Hair is removed from anywhere outside of a modest panty line, so around the tops of thighs and any hair above your knickers.

Extended bikini: Similar to a basic bikini, the extended bikini wax is still nice 'n' natural, but with a little more neatening up around the top and sides of your pubes. On most salon menus, this is referred to as an extended bikini. You can keep your knickers on when you have this one done.

G-String: A g-string differs from other styles, like a Brazilian, because most of the hair is taken from around the front and sides - the middle (labia) and behind is left alone. If you want down there to be smooth and clean of hair, without feeling too bare, a g-string is the way to go.

Brazilian: Going Brazilian means taking hair off the top and sides of the bikini line, as well as under and around the back (yep, that means around your bum!). If you want to feel completely smooth and hairless, go Brazilian. The shape of the hair at the front is totally up to you, but a landing strip is a classic option, as are a tiny triangle or postage stamp. Feel free to ask for whatever style you prefer.

Hollywood: The Hollywood is the most popular treatment. You're left with no hair. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero. Be prepared to take your knickers off, and don't be embarrassed to get into some yoga-like poses so we can get everywhere. Remember, it's nothing we haven't seen before!

Please either bring cash to your appointment, or pay by bank transfer in advance. Your therapist will give you our bank details ahead of time.

We understand from time to time unforeseeable circumstances arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To maintain the highest level of efficiency and convenience for our clients, we ask that you give a minimum of 72 hours' notice if you want to cancel or change a booking.

If you don't attend or cancel at too short notice, you are responsible for 100% of the amount of the scheduled treatment.

Payment is required prior to any future bookings, failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.

We are normally back to back with client bookings, so please remember to be on time for your appointment. We'd recommend turning up a few minutes early to be sure.

When you turn up, please stay outside and wait to be called in.
